		<description>Am getting bored with agreeing with you.  Could you not be more like Young Mr Grace?  "You're all doing splendidly!  Carry on!"

As a worker in a school that has recently become part of a "Federation" (note that it didn't confederate with a high-achieving over-subscribed school; from its position at the bottom of the LEA league table, it joined forces with the second-from-the-bottom hellhole) and despite all the hot air about exciting new opportunities for Our Young People and the great challenges we're all looking forward to (?), it seems to me that they have simply combined and thus doubled their problems (because an educational problem shared isn't halved, no siree), and the only advantage has been that each provides the other with a dumping ground for excessively troublesome pupils, who are taxied in at public expense, and defers the time they can be actually excluded until the next financial period rolls over.
